We are a performance driven lake business. We coach riders, sell and service boats, run a pro shop, and manage indoor storage year round. Every role here directly impacts the experience our customers have on the water.

ROLES

On Water Instructor and Driver

Help riders of all ages build confidence and skill on the water. This includes wakeboard and wakesurf instructors, boat drivers, and summer camp staff. Strong communication, professionalism, and a safety first mindset are required.

Marine Technician and Mechanic

Keep boats running and performing at a high standard year round. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, winterization, diagnostics, repairs, and performance setup. Attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.

Full time year round. Seasonal and part time also available.

Storage and Detailing

Support indoor storage operations, boat prep, detailing, and seasonal transitions. Every boat should leave cleaner and better than it arrived. Reliability and a strong work ethic matter most here.

Retail and Events Support

Help customers in the pro shop, support inventory, and assist with contests, clinics, and boat show events. These roles are best suited for organized, customer focused people who enjoy being part of the lake community.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We do not hire based on a resume alone. We hire people who take their work seriously, communicate well, and show up consistently. Experience on the water is a plus but it is not the only thing we look at.
